Log Furniture Shipping Information
Shipping is based on the size and weight of the log furniture item you decide to purchase. You can pickup the item at our store in Baraboo, Wisconsin and save on shipping, or you can request a quote from us, to have the item shipped to your location. Shipping and Taxes (if applicable) are NOT included in the total cost.
Log furniture orders are delivered by the carrier of our choice unless otherwise specified by the customer. Our policy is to compare delivery rates and services for the lowest cost and best service, depending on the size and destination of your order. Most orders are delivered within 7 business days from the time of pick-up, and require customer inspection before acceptance. Please notify your delivery driver of any suspicious damages to your delivery.
Log Furniture Payments
We take all log furniture orders, including Internet inquiries, over the phone or in person. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as cash, checks, and PayPal payments. We require a 50% deposit on all orders with the balance due upon completion of work. Log furniture construction times vary, you will be notified about the approximate finish date once your log furniture order is placed.
